Conveniently located right in the heart of the city. Fashionable and spacious room and bathroom with walk-in showers. - the staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my needs.

the rooms were huge and modern with smoke detectors for our safety. thanks to the very amiable staff everything was excellent. location: the hotel was right by several nice and lively restaurants, the marshutka, markets and the center of mestia.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with large windows, an amazing view and a beautiful view and it was available. The atmosphere created was special.

I had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them from providing shuttle service to being accommodating with requests. The hotel's location is great as it is in the middle of the town. Moreover, the breakfast is exceptional, with many options and a lot of variety that changes daily. I also appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel, and the facilities offered were top-notch.

Had a great weekend getaway in the mountains. the complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect with everything we needed around us. the room was spacious and great for a weekend.

It was quite noisy at night and made it difficult to sleep. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and some parts of the room were in need of maintenance.

Had a fantastic thanksgiving stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of town! The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a delight. The key location meant we were able to walk to all the main attractions and the hotel had a nice lobby/bar with a warm fireplace where local wines were served.

Our room was under the roof and had only a small window that could be opened, which made sleeping uncomfortable with the noise from outside. the lack of a shower tray or shower door meant flooding the bathroom floor and having to mop up the mess with towels.

This venue exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The newly renovated room was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options available for breakfast, with different dishes served each day. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport, making transportation hassle-free. this place offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and stunning views.
